Plan de lucru is a young urban and architectural design consultancy, set up in 2017 by Bucharest-based architect Ilinca Bajenaru (learn more about Ilinca’s background here). We help clients save time and money and reduce the carbon footprint of their building projects by proposing effective technical solutions and land use strategies and by assisting clients to make the smartest design choices from project inception up to the final touches.  

We are about functional design, economic use of resources, sustainability, flexibility, and research-based innovation and aim at resilient results and positive environmental and social impact. We love a good design challenge, and work flexibly on hourly rates, meaning you don’t need to commit to any large lump-sum contracts as you start working with us.
