Acting as senior consultant on behalf of the Ministry of Justice’s international projects implementation unit, I provided project management support for the Justice Quarter — a major World Bank-funded public investment encompassing over 20 judiciary institutions and the regeneration of a 5-hectare brownfield site in downtown Bucharest.

Key responsibilities included developing the project brief through structured stakeholder consultation, producing budget and size estimates, and contributing to project calendars. I co-managed project components including the concept design phase, evaluated deliverables by subcontractors, and contributed to economic, environmental and social impact assessments to ensure alignment with project scope.

Stakeholders managed included the Ministry of Justice, beneficiary institutions, and an international consultant landscape comprising Gensler, Viguer, Tractebel, and the Construction University of Bucharest, alongside city authorities, permitting bodies, and the World Bank project team.
