In the context of a major solar energy developer considering investment across multiple locations in Romania, I provided project planning and feasibility consulting during the project’s preparatory phase.

Work included regulatory site analysis across candidate locations — assessing applicable planning and environmental legislation, accessibility, topography, and grid connectivity — to map permitting pathways and identify investment components such as land clearing, supporting cost planning. Broader regulatory advisory covered permitting sequencing across locations, identifying which authorizations were interdependent and what could be progressed in parallel to support project timeline planning.

Stakeholder coordination included engagement with prospective land sellers and corporate landowners, as well as relevant local authorities and permitting bodies.
